This project was created out of Delaco finding the potential in subdividing off a front lawn to then split again in two and design a 2 Storey duplex townhouse development.

Meeting minimum lot sizes left a tight and angled site to be designed on but with attention to detail in property boundaries and building layout, an efficent, mirrored building was able to be built. Resulting in a unique architectural design while providing construction efficiencies with the mirrored layout.
