A difficult sloping site with exisitng in ground services meant this extension design had a tight footprint to be designed on.

The extension drew inspiration from the Art Deco era putting in a modern twist. A starc contrast to the existing weatherboard bungalow home. The extension had a light touch on the existing home with a glass link and internal deck courtyard design to give the client a sheltered, private space to excape to.
The new extension includes a new formal lounge and study level with the existing home with a new Master Suite at gound level. Both with views over the Huatoki Stream to a hill opposite covered in natural bush.
