Delaco was approached and tasked to design an extension that included a large master suite that was separate from the existing two bedrooms. It was important that the extension blended in seamlessly with the existing house while also incorporating modern design.

A standout feature of this design is the day bed that extrudes out of the master suite. With a north- east facing aspect the day bed provides the master suite with a luxurious space to sit and look out over the established backyard while enjoying the mid-morning sun.
